The “Maison des Petits Princes Franco – Africans” association started with the president’s, Elisabeth Bordeau’s story startlingly independent, obedient, yet challenging some preconceived notions and expectations. Her own life story includes many illustrations of her willingness to listen to and follow her own conscience, even when it seemed to contradict what was expected. she was unfortunately paralyzed after a terrible accident in May 1995, she got hospitalized at Kikuyu hospital then Aga khan Hospital in Nairobi. During her stay in Kikuyu hospital, she became acquainted with a thirteen year old girl, named Rehemah who had come for a treatment of a sore foot and who never had a hint that she was pregnant and about to give birth. All over sudden she got stomach cramps & started the delivery which aroused curiosity among the people surround her while giving birth & not the hospital she came for treatment.
This truly shocked Elisabeth and made her to decide of creating an association that recognized this child/motherhood problem, HIV, LEPROSY, SEX ABUSED or even the STREET child.
This strong and independent woman sometime later, started a plan, to introduce logistics, financial support for 35 children admitted in the centre.
In 1997 She created “ Sarah Emille Childen association' s home” (SECH) to help children born under no name, unknown mothers, orphans, abused or sexually exploited from the region and the border countries (Sudan, Somalia,). The association rented a home in Malindi to accommodate children that will be handed in by the police, hospitals and starting with the young mother minders and her '(Rehemah and Bahati) child. Months after months Elisabeth will develop the project by asking local financial assistance as well as assistance with the personnel and foster mothers.
Back in France, Elisabeth refined the project with Didier Querin and Luc Challiot who will endorse the cause and decide together to get means possible by works, finding sponsor so as to planify the construction of an orphanage.
For the sake of professionalism and excellence, the association decided to follow the prerogatives of the 2002 Act to which it would be subject as a welcoming Medico establishment to the public.
The association also works in partnership with social services and Malindi police to ensure a Social Watch and meet the needs of the home and education of the children aged 0 to 18 years old, sick, and/or orphaned.

The association of international solidarity, the ‘House of young African princes’, founded in 1997, started in 2009 the construction of a big project: a hosting site for sick and abandoned children in Africa. The aim is to provide them with good education in order to assure them a future.
In this center, the current project is to build a health center. The main objective is to provide treatment for sick or disabled children. This center will also provide care to the local population.
It is a strategic project. The revenue will contribute to maintain the whole site. The purpose is to become self-sufficient within 5 years.
The work will be done at minimum cost. The association directly manages the construction, purchase the materials and build with workers and volunteers. The ambulance, part of the furniture and medical equipment are donated.
The project is supported by benefactors: other associations, companies, individuals and personalities such as the last President Jacques Chirac as well as local authorities in Kenya. We also request your support as the association currently has lack of financial resources to carry out the project.
The budget for the opening of the medical center is € 79,500. This budget is detailed in this document as well as the details for the implementation and sustainability of the center.
We hope you will understand the importance of this mission and we thank you sincerely for any support you might provide.
